What is your return policy?
Items can be returned as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your ite. (all items have tracking numbers and the date delivered is when the 7 days starts). Customer is responsible for return shipping unless there is a problem with your item that we deem to be our fault. If you just decide you do not want it or if you order it and your bike is not listed in the model list in the ad page then return shipping is your responsibility. Electronic items can not be returned unless a certified mechanic installs the item. This is because many times your bike could have other problems that could cause our item to fail (i.e. you replace a voltage regulator but you had a short in a wire that caused the unit to fail). We need written proof from a certified mechanic that the item was installed by using factory repair procedures (i.e. no cutting or splicing of wires) if you intend to return an electronic item, no exceptions. I will not accept the return of any item if you have altered it from the condition it was shipped (i.e. painting, cutting wires, splicing, sanding, or any damage that was not on the item when shipped.
That being said, we do want you to be satisfied with your product and if for any reason you are not please let me know. There is no situation we can not work thru to your satisfaction.

How soon do you ship?
We usually ship within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.

Who do you use to ship your items?
We generally use USPS Priority Mail for most items. UPS Ground may be used for heavier items. If you need expedited shipping please let us know as we can ship via any method you desire as long as you agree to pay any extra charges incurred. All items will be shipped with a tracking number and you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your item ships.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Presently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover thru Google Checkout. We also accept US Postal money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and cash if you pick up your item. Items will not be shipped until checks clear however. ABSOLUTELY NO PAYPAL, I say again NO PAYPAL!

Can I pick my item up?
Yes you may, however your pickup will have to be scheduled and you must pick item up at your scheduled time and date. If you use this option you need to make an appointment to pick your item up. Generally we are pretty flexible on what time, but we prefer if you make an appointment please be on time.

I have literally thousands of parts. If there is something you need please send an e-mail request with the words "parts request" in the subject line and you will be contacted within 48 hours of request. Many tmes if we do not have what you are looking for we can get it.

Where are you located?
We are located in Jamestown, Tennessee. We are 110 miles North of Chattanooga, 75 miles West of Knoxville, 125 miles East of Nashville. We are just off Highway 127 and just 40 miles Sounth of the Kentucky state line.

Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?
If you are outside the US please contact me before purchasing for a shippig quote to your location. All international orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International, NO EXCEPTIONS. You can also check rates via www.usps.com.
